While I agree with the sentiment there is nothing in TOU that makes a supposed email from a CEO a valid deletion. If all things had to be verified there would be a LOT less posts. lol
I mean hey, desperate times call for desperate measures right? Especially if the upward push on this was much harder to contain with millions of short shares then anticipated and now there is this huge "hole" that must be filled in with real shares. What are short shares? Fake supply against demand. The deeper the hole the more ugly it will get. Said that last night! Will see all kinds of emotional tugging and pushing if shorts are in a corner. Especially if we are approaching a merger announcement and their price control is not working. Or could be people trying to get in but I am guessing no with the price control and fake asks that are all nice round 2.5 to 5k. JMHO.
