Company has already signaled it has to obtain a lot of financing and pre split 3 cents would be a victory for avg price for a lot of money. That might more than double share count, but significant dilution is part of the formula. Last round was 300 fold increase in share count and/or just running out of money are worst case. Tripling shares with progress, is a grin and bear it.
