bottom line is that HHSE is not in a position to create value, this has been proven the last 6 year unfortunately. cancelling the merger was their last option to significantly increase revenue and earnings (cancelling the 65 m $ financing).
It do not matter how many deals, agreements or wild ventures they are "making" if it is not reflected in earnings = shareholder value. it dosen't matter.
