It isn't a "circuit"... it is a basic test pattern of a well known horseshoe stretchable / elastic interconnect technology...

Just Google "serpentine elastic interconnect" and look at images!

And how would anyone know that it was made using a pre-defined space? There are multiple ways to produce that ONE sample...
