CJ, my understanding with ICNM/CSOC is that they did have some sort of agreement and stated at one point they even shared an office. The CEO of CSOC got POed at Rob and had some not so nice remarks. Obviously he feels for them to be a player in the 5G world he will need ICNM-I believe they are rather small. Guess sometimes you have to swallow your pride for the good of the company and this is apparently what has happened. Dont see how this can hurt, but do not think CSOC is our new acquisition-that would not be news...
