WHAT THE MM"s are DOING is this: they have got to have done their DD and know the truth. So, they are trying to sell SHORT at as high a price as possible, to maximize their profits when it finally is revealed as a scam, and crushed. Just my opinion, of course, as I can not prove this part.
But I CAN prove that there is no audit by KPMG. I state it publicly, right now, and would of course never do so for fear of the law if I did not really know. You can prove it too with a few phone calls. If you don't, good luck!
