This scam is even more worthless (if possible) by the end of 2017 trading at sub-penny yet again after the 25:1 reverse split that already occured.

Sell the open IMO and keep a few bucks to buy the kids that Nintendo for Christmas.

What Ultrasux corporation?
Ultrasux is a phone app which was never incorporated anywhere that I know of.
Is there a link to this incorporation of ultrasux?

Perhaps more curious, also back in July, Foley re-instated Ultraflix Corporation back to active status with the Nevada SOS.

I'm pretty sure you've mistakenly inserted ultrasux for nanosux as reinstated. Ultrasux is only a phone app, there is no known filed company called ultrasux being filed for incorporation in CA or NV.

The principal paid the NV fee late but was able to keep the active status.
N-t-gl - gaming is the only one listed with a proper inc number with the NV sos, whereas nanosux seems to be active on the CA sos at least until the end of this month.

The principal seemed to have set up all his companies to be as confusing and difficult to trace or research as possible.

This is a mark of con men.
