I think he thought things would happen more quickly, so everything including financials would be worked out by now. All the plans are still in motion though. Debt not a issue while STOP is up. So, it’s just a timing thing on when 4CAST gets done. He says they are getting smaller wins so I guess that’s why he is smiling as the business is growing. He’s making a ton of connections which is quite visible.
