They are EBITDA positive per their last article so either way its money in the bank.

My guess is they are going to come in anywhere between 20 and 30 million gross revenues, as I understand this correctly, they are in the positive EBITDA Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization. It all depends on the profit margin, my guess would be, that they are somewhere between 12-15% profit margin and that's conservative estimation.
