BVTK CANNOT do what that company did for a variety of reasons not the least of which BVTK has negative shareholder equity and its liabilities exceed it assets by a factor of 8.

Under Colorado Corp law it cannot undertake a buyback or ASR because of that. The reason that company (you offer as proof) could do one is that it has assets that exceed its liabilities by a factor of almost 4 and shareholder equity of over $400 million.

The notion of BVTK doing a buyback anytime soon in ANY fashion is ridiculous.
