LMAO at you. I think everyone here knows that BKMP is not TFN and that BKMP only owns 20% of TFN.

IMO there is nothing misleading at all.

It is well documented that BKMP is a holding company. It is just as well documented that TFN is their main asset and that their entire focus is on TFN.

It is also well known that Blackout and SW have a 20% stake and that Mike Garrow has the rest. SW and MG are partners in this deal. Sandy has 20% and Mike Garrow has the rest. It can't get much more clear when it comes to forming a conclusion about how BKMP and TFN are connected.

IMO there is nothing confusing or misleading at all about what BKMP is and what TFN is. But that is just my opinion of course.

From the start it has been clear, BKMP owns 20% of TFN.

So, where is the problem?
