I give no pass to Lattuca. Like it or not he is owed money as determined by the court. And Kate's unusual actions are serving to cause more harm than good to both companies' operations in the long run. Why not just give the man his money and make him go away? He will cause more damage in the long run if this drags out.
Whether he hit his wife or someone else did this-or-that is a red herring to the business problems that Kate has further caused. That is a completely separate topic and has no bearing on the judgment issued as well as Lattuca's attempts to subpoena everything under the sun to collect. And on a personal note, I don't seem to care for him either.
