Looks like someone spent $200 to roil the waters...lol.

It's not even on otcmarkets news link. I don't think the CEO would Pr after terminating the shares last April.

Seen this before on OTC stocks.

Some writer just putting a hypothetical story together on a penny stock news page, Oracle Dispatch. Read:

WOW!! Maybe GIFA bought Primary Olympiad and that is what will continue to be the business of FRFS. Might no t even be a ticker or name change. Why else would this PR still be touting FRFS, rather than announcing the merger of a new company into FRFS?

More speculation to chew on.

Quote, "What the heck is this....Saturday, October 21, 2017
Investor Wire - Oct 23rd 2017 -Firefish Inc (OTCMKTS:FRFS) Attacking Indian Education Market "

It's nothing. That's a penny rag bot run "scraper site" that just drags the net for key words and thus grabs "old news", links it to a recent stock price movement- and is looking for "click bait" to get people on their crap email list.

It's all old news about Firefish, just linked to recent price movement- probably not even a human involved in "writing " that trash. Again, usually just a scraper auto-bot program, that saw a big price movement, then they attach the ticker and latest price increase, and sha-bang, make it look like "news", when it's 100% click-bait FAKE NEWS.

They're dredging for email list subscribers to scam- that's what those nothing sites do. Penny rags- in the old days they would have been this boiler room scene right here, now they do it for a fraction of the cost, using millions of emails, and a slap-up website:

The "old" version of that click-bait, boiler room site:

The "investorwire" and "oracle dispatch" and all the other penny rag sites are the "modern" version of that scene- they don't even know the company they're "writing" about, just looking for clicks and then email addresses, to unload their dogsh$%t "products" on later....scams-ville..

Nothing going on now with the GIFA filings with the Nevada Secretary of State has anything to do with be a "scam"... "Firefish" technically no longer even exists, and the FINRA paperwork will show that soon, as the State Corp docs have to be amended FIRST, just as GIFA has already done...all being done in the correct order- it's a process and takes some time....

How very odd. But that site does promotional stuff. I've seen stuff from it a number of times recently, and wouldn't call it reliable. Could be whoever runs it saw the FRFS run, and simply made up "news" without making any attempt to find out what was going on.
