After reviewing, twice, the 8-Ks released (listed on Edgar) since July to date, I've not seen any 8-Ks mentioning signed contracts for 1 1/2 to 2 billion US $s. Unless I just missed it.... my own DD. PRs regarding relevant signed contract(s) are pending.
