I am of the opinion that if a rail system can be put in then so can a pipeline right next to it. Most of it may be put under ground for security reasons.
I am sure the Israeli government will the tree huggers to shut and go away. In is rael national security outweighs everything.
Just like with Genie once they decide to pump they will put in a pipeline and do so with security and safety in mind. It may take a little to.get through the different branches of government. But I believe it will take nearly as long it could say like here in the U.S. the Israeli live with threats from wackos on a daily basis they will expedite it. Plus they will not have to import oil anymore which means their price per vallon of gas will go crom $7.50 a gal after liter to gallon conversion and shekel.to.dollar conversion. (That was what I paid on my last trip over to israel in Dec 2014) It will drop in time to less than what we pay.
