I agree and it appears the only reason for recent price movement is on speculation of a rm. I almost jumped in on Friday but glad I waited. What I do think will happen here is a short run here on hype then crashing back down.

Sorry but no SEC filings here for FRFS any more. They deregistered just this last April with a Form 15. They are now a DARK DARK alternate reporter only to the OTC, for whatever that's worth.

People were saying the same as you at 0.01. And it's touching 0.05. I suppose they'll say the same as it crosses 0.10. It's a penny stock.

But the Nevada filing is proof of the process initiated.

The company owns a newspaper and other worldwide assets.
