So you think "a well established and reputable company like GIFA" is entering the US market to con people, is that what you're saying? And what do those other tickers have to do with FRFS? I could just as easily rattle off reverse mergers that changed people's lives. Here are a few:

LFZA (USSE) - ran from .0002 to .84 (420,000%)
SXML (AMRP) - ran from 0.03 to $50 (160,000%)
CYBR - ran from 0.001 to .50 ( 50,000%)
DEXTQ - ran from 0.0005 to .21 ( 42,000%)
CKXE (SPEA) - ran from .10 to 30.60 ( 31,000%)
OBDP (VQPI) - ran from 0.006 to 1.50 ( 25,000%)
PKTO (USAC) - ran from 0.0002 to 0.049 ( 25,000%)
FCNK - ran from .02 to 3.50 ( 17,000%)

The point is no one knows anything about FRFS right now except GIFA is reverse merging into it. Some believe that it will result in an extraordinary run and have bought their tickets. Some don't believe and have not bought any shares. Others are ready to buy but await official news from the company. In any case, it's far too early to compare FRFS to any other tickers of the past.

Yes. All we really know is that the Nevada shell will become something owned by Yusuf Kiva. Who's opened and closed a lot of companies over the years.

Nearly all our information about Kiva and his companies comes either from Kiva himself, from Kiva's newspaper, or from a small number of associates of Kiva. He likes to throw around big numbers, but we can't really verify any of them.

Generally speaking, if you have billions, you don't even think of trading on the Pinks. Sure, there're some foreign companies whose ADRs do trade on the Pinks, and are quite expensive. But those companies all trade in their own countries as a principal venue. Gifa, Inc, is not issuing ADRs, and it will be Kiva's first and only public company.

None of it really adds up.
