Yes, I seriously think he lost the customers that he sent the competitor's inferior patch to as a substitute. He would have been much better off refunding money and not sending anything at all. But I also think he can regain a much bigger customer base. It's just going to take longer because he's given his competitors plenty of time to get their ducks in a row.
