You forget zero debt, and that it's a shell! Cleanest one I've seen in a while. A clean shell that just had 80k dropped on AUDITED SEC FILINGS it to get current and really quick. Big things in store.

And OTC will catch up with its reporting status, no worries there!

I at first also questioned that too... but it makes you wonder why would the company go through all the trouble of becoming current after about 5 years? Everything happens for a reason, and soon enough we will find out what that reason is, good or bad (but if it is bad why become current at all is the million dollar question)
