I think i missed calculated as you mentioned that would be a whole floor when I read it as that was how many square meters per office by floor. Either way they are paying more for that office then most people pay monthly for their mortgages on their homes.
Its prime real estate centrally located right next to the Malaysian Stock Exchange.
Doesnt get any more pricier than that unless they had the penthouse suite lol
