No, the dilution will never stop. The company doesn't need 10s of millions of dollars per quarter to operate.

The fact Bruce even mentioned a share buyback at this point in time (before there are even sales or customers) further validifies my point.

OTC companies don't buyback shares, but board companies do, because THEY HAVE CASH TO BUY BACK SHARES.
