I lightened up and enlarged the picture and it doesn't look like the raceway site. The buildings are too close and a different style. There is some green vegetation around the site in the picture and none at the raceway site.
It is also completely different styles of buildings than the industrial area for their headquarters. This looks like it must be a completely different install.
I believe they have multiple sales, partners, new distributors etc. and they are keeping it low-key now to accumulate shares in "friendly" hands to make sure they can keep control. They are also stuck needing to sell shares to raise cash so they throw us a bone once in awhile to get the price back up.
I still say 90%+ of the shareholders don't have a clue what is going on and they haven't even begun to promote to the rest of the world since they have a product for sale. I could have had this to 10 cents by now just by proper timing and the proper outlets for dissemination of news. I believe they are going for a big, sustainable rise this time and not a quick pump & dump. We'll see.
