Check that...BBB tells a different story...cancellations/rescheduling/tickets not being refunded. If SAKL would just follow up with those people....not that many complaints considering the thousands of tickets they sell for these events.
But yes compared to other pennies...this company has a real product. But the capital structure has been and probably will continue to benefit insiders. Eventually convertibles take a toll on the stock price.
