The insiders never buy shares on the open market - they gift themselves through equity acquisitions of companies they control.

Why do you think Schaefer increased the A/S from 2 Billion to 3.8 Billion shares?

It is meaningless for Schaefer to issue press releases about a LOI for acquiring a unnamed company - no one is foolish enough to fall for that nonsense.

First if Schaefer purchased 576 Bitcoins in 2015 - there is no way in hell he would let shareholders share in the wealth - there would be a mysterious note appear where Schaefer had provided CCTL a loan and the company was repaying Schaefer in Bitcoins.
