SOUM. Oil...looks to me as just another flurry to issue new stock for some "need" unknown to us. Selling new shares at 1 is an act of desperation if nothing is provided as solid grounds for doing so.
Paychecks? If so, sad and little hope for investors.
I see nothing in regards to something "in the works" that would benefit both the company and its investors.
SOUM finding financing elsewhere is nil. They need revenues not just a business plan that only looks good on paper. Is that what we have here?
