Which is the problem with Baltia:
nothing is progressing nicely and they won't meet the 10/31
deadline!
So why should they PR these lies?

After we Passed the Scheduled Closing Date, I contacted the company on October 18, and asked this question:

Is the Songbird acquisition still Closing by October 31, 2017?


The response I received back was:

That remains USGlobal's
objective.

Nobody said it was illegal. The company choose to go in the blackout phase. This is not a first time a company has done this while an ongoing development of a deal is being worked out.

There is nothing malicious about this. When the company is ready to reveal the details of the deal, it will be after they 1) close the deal or 2) abandon the deal. Not during.

They are currently in the closing period of October 15th - 31st. Today's the 20th. There's still time. If it goes pass the 31st, then by all means, demand an update.
