What does it matter if we don't all participate as long as Elliot does? Ge might get slightly higher percentage but not full control.
Personally I decided to sell some last week and then plan to use all my rights to both lower my cost basis and increase holdings, but not Increase to the max that I would have if i didn't sell some. Not sure if will be best strategy in the end but seemed a decent middle ground.
