Yes, there was some dilution at below market so as not to exaust cash on hand. It was IMHO well worth it to pick up a property like Black Fox (which I have followed for years) and the mine property for about 10% of what Primero alone had invested in it. The mine its self was probably worth the price. Still huge potential on BlackFox and GreyFox and the mill is located 1/2 way between that and the Lexam properties.
My flipping days are over. Short term capital gains ate me up last year. I am doing the 12 month plus hold on more stable and mosttly dividend paying stocks now. Bought some GE pre market today, have Gilead Sci I bought in February, some GM I bought close to the bottom, some Qualcom, some Pimco PTY bond fund, some ETP, and some AT&T I just picked up yesterday.
I think that pretty much does it other than my PVG and MUX. I will probably have lower returns, but much better tax situation for me.
