I've not spoken to Hartman but I have to Felder, on many occasions and I agree he is aware of how their decisions, and in some cases, indecisions, have affected stock price. I'm not sure that Hartman understands the reassuring value of updates and shareholder information. I scratch my head wondering if Felder is the guy that should be the front man for when they address investors, partners, etc. about their cancer research beliefs and needs. He seems he should be the guy to be locked in the lab talking only to investors, partners, etc. only on queue, not leading the charge.
