Quick run down. Past management ripped off shareholders. One of the larger losers bought himself a BOD seat. He brought others including some from this board to to gain control and push out past management.
Then he tried to merge with another stinky pink which was not allowed. So he sold 35% of the company and risked 51% for $250k which isn't enough to accomplish much.
Past management sued for past amounts owed. Case is in court.
Current management has no idea how to build a mine but has advisors.
Dan was sued by his sister and past clients for illegally taking money and investing it in this stinky and losing it.
He lost and owes a few hundred thousand to those he stole from.
Potts came out of nowhere and there is very little info on him. He has a few suits against him in the past for screwing over partners and 1 or 2 failed stinky pinks to his credit. After loaning $250k he was given 35% and made chairman of the board.
Should the company fail Potts gets 51% and everyone is screwed.
