Interesting why you spend so much time trying to warn everyone here like its a full time duty - and more interestingly is how you decide to omit the amount of money they loaned the company to pay off the debts as shares which exceeds all the amount you just mentioned for their salary and bonus.
If you want to quote - it will show more credibility to show all sides of the coin. Unless... you have full time vested interest in the opposite of buy?
