$ONCS Some nice slaps on 1.25 have been going through all with the same time stamp; probably one large order broken down into many small ones so as not to spook the market. (One was for 18K shares which is worth $22,500.)

Tutes have been loading up in recent sessions but this is just the beginning. Expect a "ton" more.

I know that price tag has been thrown around, but I agree with Lowe on this point - I just don't think it will be priced that high. That's the price for some of the checkpoint inhibitors on the market, like pembro.
