I was going through my emails to the company, and noted this response from WW when CDEL was selling and placing downward pressure on the stock, pre-RS.

Mary,

I have been trying to figure out who is selling through CDEL. I have been as frustrated as the remainder of the shareholders with the downward pressure they have placed on the stock.

Regarding awareness and updates, there has been a lot going on in the background, will be providing updates shortly.

Now, after the fact, does it appear that he lied to me? Was there in fact dilution at the time?

I'm noting this because I am seeing the same pressure now post RS.
