I sure wouldn't encourage anyone to file a lawsuit against Google but there is nothing to prevent MVPI from reinstating its suit.

The problem has been the enormous political favoritism of Google that may be waning.

I didn't even look before I noticed some signs of life but it might have been rigor mortis. :-(
