Edit: Never mind, mid interview he specifically mentions the Las Vegas show, that means the interview is current.

"Jonathan" is also the owner of Simfox - which is a Securities Violation because in Note 5 Bemax didn't disclose it was a Related Party Transaction.

As a Board member this is even a more grievous act.

Bemax gave Simfox ("Jonathan") - $300,000 and $390,000 - all of which came from toxic financing and not from operations.
