I don’t know how Deals of this magnitude are formally structured, but seems to me that the seller or manufacturer does not usually bear the entire up front expense. Usually down payments and payments on progress are made along the way. That being the case, revenue may be faster than you might imagine. How about a 10% down payment? Wouldn’t that be instant revenue? Could translate into tens of $millions upon contract ratification.
