Wrong. To my point which, if you looked at it, you would agree. There's nothing he can say now that is a viable alternative to the ratification, and the license actually happening. I think the light volume is -- most of the traders willing to place a bet here, already did so, leading up to one of the several false alarms we've had.
Hopefully the light volume is not something darker unknown to us.
