......true.......but the uwbi deal is actually a WIN WIN WIN for frankie.........there's a premium in the BHC NOL purchase.......and he is assisting the FDIC, imo.........and ain't no BUTNER risk...........

......U.S. BANK will, imo, someday take over FC.............this little uwbi pimple wouldn't delay any deal, imo.......and FC is so tightly controlled...........the takeover would be a piece of cake, imo........okay, fudge, whatever.........................

.......HOPE...........(ahem!!!!!) we git frankie's fudge.......and after HOLDING (ahem!!!!!) it for a few minutes, FC merges with USB.........
