Another BULSHEET posted on everything is done
we have been hearing for six months now
Most likely FINRA has said no and this stock may be under SEC investigation for pump and dump games they have done for past six months, this is shady stuff. It never takes this long

Shell cleaned may mean FINRA saw the response by Roger and said, "Okay, we believe you are no way connected to the previous owners and have a slam dunk case"

If RO indeed stated they were successful, says to me all requirements by FINRA have been met and we will probably see the Ticker Change next week.
