I stopped by Brian's office this morning. That is Brian T. Moynihan. He is the CEO of BOA. He says no dice. He is still pissed about having to pony up all that money due to litigation from some obscure groundless accusations concerning FnF and the DOJ and toxic loans or something. He says he wasn't even CEO when all of that allegedly took place.
