in this case we can consider that someone has a big stake in Epgl and deal has been made recently.( it is not a bad news if we look at the context, epgl talks about that since months so it would have sense.)
and in this case why there is only 653 millions in the dtc deposit ?
the new partner would want that all of his shares are in the dtc deposit ???.
