Only 4 institutions own more than 155k shares according to the Dow Jones Newswire from October 19. I know that doesn't take into consideration the three or four new large holders… But even with them, I don't really think the institutions are supporting XXII at this point.

Please, believe whatever you'd like about technical analysis, if it helps you in your investing, that's great. I don't find it much use for price predictions at this level, however you define it, but that's just me.

Even if you swear by T.A., do you use a 1 year time frame for Fib. Retracements, 5 year, 6 month, 3 month? If you think the share price is going to go up, I can show you that on a chart and at the same time show you why it will go down, flippers can use it one way, long termers, another. I think it's far too easy to read the charts in order to achieve simple bias confirmation, but that's just me.
