This sentence keeps me reading over and over again. Tells me how huge this merger could be and what the PPS would look like in a tight SS situation:

Problem with that news is that the OTC is not an exchange..... and, I believe, until FINRA reviews the merger documents, which have not been presented anywhere that I've seen, that the merger is not complete.

This tells me that Yusuf is not well versed on procedures....

That "news" website is owned Yusuf Kisa.
He has a number of domains set up.
What is curious is a number of these Gifa companies show up as controlled by someone else including ones that bear his name. Yusuf's name is not mentioned as a controll person or director on a single filing at companies house. Why would that be?
Most of the companies never lasting very long and are in default and were struck off at companies house.

Anyone notice the striking resemblance Yusuf has to V is for Vendetta? Lol
