I have read your posts and I believe your focus is in the wrong place. It has been explained multiple times why DOLV is not ready. It's not about RO being ready or not, it's about the unexpected circumstances that came up with the DOLV shell.
It doesn't matter why, that's all water under the bridge, we know why it happened. The real question is:
What are they doing about it?
1. They are in Fed court getting rid of illegal shareholders
2. They are working with FINRA
3. They are getting financials ready
4. They are working on building up a China/US partnership using the DOLV shell
The wheels are turning on this and a LOT of money has been invested already. They're in the courts, if not for that I'd be hesitant about this shell, but the biggest clue that this is real is the Fed court case.
They bought a shell that was a mess and they are cleaning it up, that is why and that is all you need to know. The current leaders of DOLV are working on it.
