No one raises the shares from 5 billion to 9 billion to do a RS right after. He still has room for 3.5 billion in conversions if he needs them to acquire companies. Doing a split now is not going to happen or any time in the near future. Go ahead and buy 4s. You're not getting 3s.

An RS can work well once a company stabilizes between revs.. liabilities and so forth. If done too soon, highly detrimental. I believe Janon said none in near future. I think we are going to be surprised by revenues, just too many streams.. ABVG is revenue Streaming for sure.. takes some patience.. have to give it a lil more time.. 6 months.. a year.. I think one quarter and we will be impressed.

As long as he continues to deliver, his spoken word, no need to not believe him when said NO RS..

In a year, perhaps, or spin off!!! lol
