The company still has an obligation to disclose material definitive agreements...even if they have to keep certain aspects of the agreement confidential.
BVTK has not made any such disclosure.
But if the idea is the they drop these “hints” and then investors have to wait for the financial filings to see the impact because everything is secret then there are going to be a lot of disappointed investors.
