The largest CETX shareholder is Navallier & Associates. It's a family of funds and I don't know which of their funds holds them.

Advisors, BlackRock Fund; The Bank of NY Mellon Co., Two Sigma Securities, Eagle Global Advisors, Royal Alliance Assoc., Citigroup Global, Deutsch Asset Management, Creative Planning Inc., Spark Investment Management, JBF Millennium Management, etc., etc.
