Good to see the notes still being paid off Jan clearly has a plan to not let notes convert...

I was just looking at the first paragraph..

The Company plans to continue to raise outside equity capital investments through private placements of our common stock to finance its Baja California project.

This sentence looks out of place and should be in a separate paragraph if this is true it says that they are looking to do private placements from individuals then this could be the last convertible note we will see...
