#1315 RE: hitman558 #1314

One of the reasons I have made so much money trading stocks is I have perfected a system of charting "what does this sub-group know and how will news influence them?"

The basic sub-groups here are:

1) Groupies. They actively search for obscure references about the company and are aware of info from PRs as well as the email blast and social media references.

2) Active investors. They are aware of PRs and other information that come from proper dissemination from official channels. Maybe half of this group is on the email list.

3) Passive investors. Will hold until it is time to sell. Frustration from lack of communication will trigger selling when they would have held otherwise or maybe even added more if they felt they were part of the "story" unfolding. Many of this sub=group here are "green" investors and engage in socially responsible trades to influence their ideology.

4) Day-traders and momentum traders who view this as a short-term vehicle and couldn't care less what widget they sell.

The problem here is only the "groupies" have any grasp of what is happening. A picture here and there on Facebook does not get to the vast majority of their potential sphere of influence. The last PR actually had a negative effect because there was never any follow-up on the previous PR on the raceway. If we play "what does this sub-group know" we find that most shareholders are taking the lack of a follow-up on the raceway PR from 4 months ago as just another missed guidance.

There is still a lot of potential here, but I hope Dieter brings in someone who understands the importance of communication and how to effectively communicate with each group. He began the email blasts and needs to continue them until it says in one of them that they should no longer be relied on and viewers should follow them on social media and through the official PRs.

It is still going much higher, but a few groupies aren't going to give this a big run. News has not been sent out to where the majority of shareholers will see it and NOTHING has been done to spread the word to new eyeballs.

I believe in holding people accountable. Not negative on the potential here, but we won't get close to the highest potential with sloppy communications and failure to follow-up in a consistent manner to each group while having a plan to expand the message to new investors.
