I might have mixed that up with the Chinese Brewing company and this:

As I tweeted yesterday, my feeling was to start with only Tiger Hemp Beer and in a short time, buy in to the whole brewery.

But that was in regards to the Chinese brewery:

They are so excited about working with us, they would like us to own 51% of the whole brewery.

Still, in regards to Mendocino Brewing Co.

I know you're all dying with anticipation to know who is our U.S. partner for Tiger Hemp Beer.

"Partner". Frankly, I think we have to wait and see if they will only be brewing the Tiger Hemp Beer or if there is more involved. But, perhaps, you are correct we might just be "contracting" them to brew the beer and nothing more. But still, if they are brewing our beer and something happens to Mendocino Brewing Co., it will affect us. Well, wouldn't it?
